The next generation of leisure RIB will be
launched at the London International Boat Show by leading UK
manufacturer Ribcraft. The Somerset based company has combined
sleek sports styling, with a strong build and high performance
hull, to create a boat that bridges the gap between a family
leisure cruiser and an offshore craft.
With boats ranging from 4.2 to 18.0 meters,
Ribcraft can offer something for everyone both in the leisure and
commercial marine markets. The Ribcraft 810 Sport is 8 meters in
length and has been designed to give fantastic fuel economy and
outstanding performance when coupled with one of Suziki’s V6 fuel
injected four stroke engines.
As with any of Ribcraft’s performance RIBs,
the 810 Sport can be completely built to the individual customer’s
requirements. From colour, layout and seat design to centre console
design - everything is changeable.
The first 810 Sport has been specifically made
for well known supplier of corporate sailing awards, Hanover House
UK.
Managing Director of Hanover House UK, Roy Fox
says “The diversity of Hanover House’s customer portfolio coupled
with the fact we are based on the South Coast made the choice of a
RIB for Hanover House UK an excellent and obvious mode of transport
to access our clients and attend events around the Solent.”
Roy continues “After several months of
research and talking with clients and friends alike, it soon became
obvious that Ribcraft was a respected and well-known name in the
RIB world. Coupled with a Suzuki engine, the Ribcraft 810 Sport
confirmed the perfect package. The quality of the boat is second to
none and we are really looking forward to taking delivery after the
boat show.”
The Ribcraft 810 Sport will be available
throughout the show on the Stand S4.
