International visitors

Upon purchasing your entry ticket, you can apply for an International Visitors Pass if you have travelled overseas to Britain (this includes Ireland, Isle of Man and Channel Islands).  To book tickets call 0870 060 0246.

Just produce a passport or proof of residency and your ticket stub and exchange it for a pass that gains admittance for the remainder of the Show.  The pass will require a passport size photograph.

International visitors have access to a dedicated reception area located at the main entrance.  There are bilingual staff at the International Visitors Desk who speak French, German, and Spanish to assist with any enquiries.

Once registered, you will then be able to buy tickets for the show or book your accommodation through our preferred suppliers.
