National Boat Shows books a berth as a Supporting Sponsor of Skandia Cowes Week

Cowes Combined Clubs (CCC) is pleased to announce that National Boat Shows Ltd (NBS) has joined its family of supporting sponsors of Skandia Cowes Week 2007. National Boat Shows is responsible for organising and staging the Southampton Boat Show at Mayflower Park in September and the London Boat Show at ExCeL in January.

With the organisers of Skandia Cowes Week on target to deliver one of the best Week's in the Event's 181-year history, and 2007 being Skandia's penultimate year in the role of title sponsor, it is no surprise that interest in this year's event is running especially high.  There is a fantastic line-up of activity planned for both on and off the water, including several high profile events.

Andrew Williams, National Boat Shows Managing Director, commented: "By furthering our excellent working relationship with Skandia Cowes Week and becoming a sponsor we are engaging with our core sailing audience; forging greater relationships with the boating community; and promoting the National Boat Shows portfolio of shows."

CCC's Commercial and Marketing Manager, Michelle Warner, added: "National Boat Shows have been running world class events in both Southampton and London for over 40 years and have made a great difference to the marine industry. We are delighted to have them on board supporting Skandia Cowes Week."
