1. Tickets are not refundable. 
2. Tickets cannot be exchanged, transferred, or resold for commercial gain.
3. Visitors will not be allowed admission to the Show without a valid ticket.
4. For the safety of visitors to the Show, the Organisers reserve the right to refuse admission, and may, on occasions conduct security searches.
5. Please check your ticket/tickets on purchase, as mistakes cannot always be rectified.
6. The organisers reserve the right to alter or vary the content or timing of the whole or any part of the Show due to circumstances beyond reasonable control without being obliged to refund or exchange tickets. 
7. The Organisers cannot accept financial or other for any loss or liability incurred by visitors to the Show as a result of contracts entered into by visitors with exhibitors or any advice sought or obtained from any exhibitor.
8. The Organisers cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage to personal property brought to the Show.
9. Visitors may be filmed or recorded for broadcast or security purposes during the Show.
10. The sale of any articles or anywhere on the Exhibition premises is strictly forbidden except with the written permission of the Organisers, and the Organisers reserve the right at their absolute discretion to confiscate any such articles for infringement of the condition.

Online Ticket Competition
1. The prize draw is open to those visitors who enter via the website
2. Only one entry per person
3. Entry to the draw is free and no purchase is necessary.
4. To be included in the draw other than through this web site, write to Freepost Boatshows  
5. The prize must be taken as stated and there are no cash alternatives.
6. No responsibility will be taken for entries lost or damaged. 
7. A winner will be drawn at random and notified by post or email following the closing date.
8. The judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. 
9. The draw is not open to members of the BMF or NBS their families or any person involved directly with the organisation
10. Entry implies acceptance of these rules.
