Terms and conditions

This Prize Draw is Free. There are several ways to register your interest:

• At the Collins Stewart London Boatshow Website
• Any visitor to the majorsporty website who registers their interest by email or post
• or directly with majorsporty at the Watersports Speakers Corner (South Hall) ExCeL, Docklands by filling in a majorsporty competition card.

- Majorsporty employees or their immediate families or anyone else professionally involved with the prize draw are excluded from participating.

- To participate, entrants may apply online or complete one of majorsporty prize draw application forms. Online applications should be addressed in an e-mail to boatshowcomp@majorsporty.com together with your name and telephone number in the body of the e-mail. 

- Completed applications must reach majorsporty during the draw offer period up to 20th January 2008. Responsibility cannot be accepted for applications which are lost, damaged, defaced, illegible, incomplete or delayed in the post or by computer failure or malfunction or by any failure or defect in any telephone network. Proof of postage will not be accepted as proof of delivery.

- NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. If you do not wish to register their details electronically to enter this prize draw, customers may enter by plain paper entry marked: Free Prize Draw, majorsporty, PO Box 1167, Bedford, MK41 9WZ, specifying their name and address

- Only one entry per individual.

- All promotional instructions form part of these Prize Draw Terms and Conditions.

- Closing date for entries is Sunday 20th January 2008.

- The draw will take place on 23rd January 2008. The winners will be selected at random.

- The prizes are as listed below:

• A GB white water rafting Team Entry for the GB Festival of Rafting in Nottingham on 20th July 2008 (worth £500)
• A Teksport Xcite Sit-on-Top Kayak and paddle worth £300
• A Wakeboarding Taster Session at Box End Park Wakeboarding Venue (Worth £75)
• Win one of 5 Overboard Waterproof Rucksacks (worth £30 each)
• Win one of 3 Cybalite Eco wind-up lanterns(Worth £30 each)

which will be forwarded carriage and packing free to the winner of the majorsporty.com prize draw.
 
- Please note health and safety for events and activities will be responsibility of the activity provider on the day.
 
- Weather conditions or other factors may affect the date available for activities.

- The prize must be taken as offered, there is no alternative.

- The winner will be notified by post or e-mail within fourteen days of the draw date. The prize must be claimed within 28 days of this date.

- The winner’s name and postal district/county will be available from majorsporty.com, PO Box 1167, Bedford, MK 41 9WZ after 1st March 2008. Please mark your request “majorsporty.com Prize Draw Winner”, and enclose a self addressed stamped envelope.

- Majorsporty reserves the right to feature the winner’s name and postal district/county in future promotions.

- By participating in this prize draw, entrants are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.

- No correspondence will be entered into, the decision of majorsporty will be final.

- Other than to alert you to offers, sporting news and developments within our business, majorsporty will not supply details of any information submitted in this draw to any other party or business without your express permission.

- Only one entry per person.

- No responsibility will be taken for entries that are lost or damaged

- The draw is organised by ‘Majorsporty’

- The draw is open to members of the BMF, but not to employees of the BMF or National Boat Shows or organisations directly or indirectly connected with the draw, or their families. 

- Entry implies full acceptance of these rules.
