Hospitality

1. All prices are subject to VAT at 17.5%
2. Hospitality prices per person starts from £200 and excludes VAT
3. Minimum numbers apply for corporate hospitality, bookings below minimum number will incur a room hire surcharge fee
3. The package price does not include dietary requirements.
4. Dress code in corporate hospitality applies. – smart casual, no denim or trainers.
5. If you require reserved car parking this must be advised when booking at will be charged at a fee of £9 for the day. This is designated parking provided
6. Room hire does not include entry to the Show
7. Rooms are subject to availability
8. Tickets or passes are required for all guests who attend your event, these can be obtained through our booking agent Venue-Smart
9. Tickets are not refundable.
10. Tickets cannot be exchanged, transferred, or resold for commercial gain.
11. Visitors will not be allowed admission to the Show without a valid ticket.
12. For the safety of visitors to the Show, the Organisers reserve the right to refuse admission, and may, on occasions conduct security searches.
13.. Please check your ticket/tickets on purchase, as mistakes cannot always be rectified.
14. The organisers reserve the right to alter or vary the content or timing of the whole or any part of the Show due to circumstances beyond reasonable control without being obliged to refund or exchange tickets.
15. The Organisers cannot accept financial or other for any loss or liability incurred by visitors to the Show as a result of contracts entered into by visitors with exhibitors or any advice sought or obtained from any exhibitor.
16. The Organisers cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage to personal property brought to the Show.
17. Visitors may be filmed or recorded for broadcast or security purposes during the Show.
18. The sale of any articles or anywhere on the Exhibition premises is strictly forbidden except with the written permission of the Organisers, and the Organisers reserve the right at their absolute discretion to confiscate any such articles for infringement of the condition.
