Chris Harvey has recently achieved Bronze Medal at the World Surf kayak championships in Portugal during the summer. Chris won Bronze medal with some fantastic air moves earning him the nickname ‘Air Harvey’ from fellow American Competitors. Next year sees him head off to Peru to surf and film the longest surf break in the world which rolls in for a massive 5 miles. He is renown for big wave surfing and has ridden waves over 25ft high. Chris will be talking about his exploits and future plans. | ||

| Hugo Montgomery-Swan is editor of RIB International Magazine and has over 20 years experience in offshore and coastal voyaging in RIBs of all sizes and types all around Europe. He’s taken RIBs to the Arctic Circle, circumnavigated Ireland and Britain, raced in home waters and overseas and is currently writing a book entitled, ‘Heavy Weather Powerboating’ for the publisher’s, Adlard Coles. Besides talking about some of his more memorable exploits, Hugo will discuss the growth of the RIB Industry and not only how the concept of the rigid inflatable has evolved but where its heading.
