Stand Build Heights

North, South Halls and Boulevard

Unless otherwise stated in this schedule you can only start building your stand in accordance with the Access Colour Coded Plan accompanying this document. 

Stands with in the:
• White Zone inc Boulevard can start build on Thursday 20th December.
• Grey Zone can start build on Saturday 22nd December.
• Yellow Zone can start build on Sunday 23rd December.
• Green Zone can start build on Wednesday 2nd January.
• Dark Blue Zone can start build on Thursday 3rd January.
• Red Zone can start build on Friday 4th January.
• Light Blue Zone can start build on Saturday 5th January.
• Dark Red Zone (cross-hatched) can start build on Monday 7th January.

Shell Scheme

Shell Scheme stands will be available from Monday 7th January.

Dockside

• Berths are available from the Tuesday 8th January.
• All boats must arrive and leave by water.
• All Exhibitors must fill in Dock Entry Form 1C in the Exhibitor Manual.  We will then consult with RoDMA and issue you a specific Lock Entry Schedule with times and dates.
