The Active Travel Show, in association with National Geographic Traveller (UK) magazine is the UK’s newest travel exhibition and specialises in offering visitors information on active trips and holidays. From cycling to climbing, trekking to diving, overland adventures and much more.

A combination of tourist boards, tour operators, bespoke travel companies and more travel experts than you could possibly need results in a fantastic, inspirational and lively environment perfect for choosing your next trip.

 

National Geographic Traveller Travel Stage

The National Geographic Traveller Travel Stage will be braced by an amazing band of travel writers and adventurers all wanting to share their experiences with you.

All talks are free of charge on entry and seats are available on a first come first served basis, with standing room also available.

 

GLOBE TASTE EXPERIENCE

The Globe Taste Experience offers you the chance to sample a fantastic selection of wines and beers from across the world.
 
Hosted by experts from Virgin Wines and the Beer Boutique, you will have the opportunity to sample 6 beer or wine tastings in an exclusive hour long session. Each ticket holder will also receive a free goody bag courtesy of either Vigin Wines or the Beer Boutique.

Tickets must be booked in advance* and are available for just £10 per person, per session. Please note all participants must be aged 18 years or over.

 

SHERPA TEA HOUSE

The Sherpa Tea House is the central refreshment point within the show, the perfect place to meet up with friends and family.

Year Out Expo returns to The Active Travel Shown in 2013 offering free gap year and career break advice direct from the experts.
