• I have not received my tickets?
  Track your order using your booking reference and email address. This will show details confirming your order and whether your tickets have been mailed out. You can check this information here
• What are the Opening times for the Show? Gates will be open from 09:30am for access into the Boulevard. The main Show will be open from 10:00am everyday. See Show opening times here
• Is there a Public Preview Day? The Show now opens on Saturday 12th January and is a nine day Show, see Show ticket prices here
• I have purchased a Champagne ticket, when am I allowed to use it, and where do I go? The Champagne ticket can be used any one day between Monday 14 to Friday 18 January 2013. When you purchase your ticket you will receive a Show entry ticket along with a Champagne Voucher. You will need to hand your drinks voucher in at the Champagne Bar located in the South Hall
• How do I get to ExCeL? There are several ways to get to ExCeL see the Travel information page to find the best mode for you.
• Is there somewhere I can leave my luggage? No
• When is The Outdoors Show on?  Thursday 17th to Sunday 20th January
• Is it free to get into The Outdoors Show? Yes. Your ticket to the Tullett Prebon London Boat Show ticket includes free entry (same day entry only) Terms and Conditions apply see here
• I see some of the theatres at The Outdoor Show cost. Is Multi Activity Pools/Knowledge Box at the Boat Show free? Yes it is free for the pool and Knowledge Box.
• Where can I see what time the boating celebrity will be at the Show? Refer to the timetable - coming soon..
• Can I return back into the Show(s) on the same day if I go out? No, there is a no return policy.
• Can I bring my dog to the Show? No, except guide dogs. Please refer to ExCeL London's website here
• What shoes should I wear? Comfortable shoes (deck shoes if you have them are ideal)
• Is there a ladies day at the Show? No
• Is there a Platinum Ticket for the Show? No
• Can I book any of the ‘Have A Go' activities in advance? No. These activies can only be booked once you are in the Show at the booking point at the East End of the North Hall and is booked on a first come first served basis. Please ensure you get to the Show early to avoid dissapointment.

• Is there Park and Ride? No
• Do you offer concession tickets?  Yes, to Senior Citizens, Students (with a valid NUS card) and disabled visitors (and their carer where applicable). For prices and conditions refer to the ticket information page
• Is there disabled access at the Show?  Yes, there are lifts from the Undercroft car park to the Boulevard.  Please note some mezzanine catering levels and some stands may not be accessible. Full information click here
