  • Visitors will not be allowed admission to the Show without a valid ticket. Please check all ticket purchases as mistakes cannot always be rectified. For all ticket queries please call See Tickets on 0871 230 2360. Calls charged at National rate.
  • Promotional tickets cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
  • Presentation of the ticket for Show admission constitutes acceptance of the terms and conditions upon which the Organiser is prepared to grant entry.
  • Tickets can not be exchanged, or transferred, nor may they be resold for commercial gain. Refunds are not available on tickets.
  • For public safety, the Organiser reserves the right to refuse admission and may conduct security searches.
  • The Organiser reserves the right to alter or vary the content or timing of the whole or any part of the Show due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control without obligation to refund or exchange tickets.
  • The Organiser cannot accept financial or other responsibility for any loss or liability incurred by the public at the Show arising as a result of contracts entered into by visitors with any exhibitor or advice sought or obtained from any exhibitor, or any loss or damage to personal property brought into the Show.
  • Visitors may be photographed, filmed or recorded for marketing/advertising/broadcast or security purposes during the Show.
  • The distribution of leaflets or any other advertising material or the sale of articles anywhere within the Exhibition premises is strictly forbidden without prior written permission from the Organiser, which also reserves the right at its absolute discretion to confiscate such articles for infringement of this condition.
  • A fee will apply to each booking transaction. 
  • There is no re-admission to the Show.

 

KIDS GO FREE

  • Up to two children 15 and under can gain access to the Show with every adult ticket presented.
  • All children entering the Show must have a ticket. To obtain child tickets you can order in advance via the website or the call centre. Alternatively, cashiers at the main Show entrance can issue child tickets with the presented adult ticket. If you intend to bring more than two children per paying adult, any additional children can be brought to the Show by purchasing a concession ticket.

 

The Outdoors show

  • The Outdoors Show is taking place during the last four days of the Boat Show 13th - 16th January.
  • Entry to The Outdoors Show is included FREE when you purchase a ticket to the Tullett Prebon London International Boat Show.
  • Free access to the Outdoor Show is only valid on the day of your visit to the Boat Show during the days the Outdoors Show is on (13th  - 16th Jan 2011).
  •  No re-entry is offered or implied to gain free access to The Outdoors Show on a seperate occasion.

Outdoor Heroes Theatre

  • Alongside the Tullett Prebon London International Boat Show is The Outdoor Heroes Theatre in ExCeL's platinum suite, a fully self contained and separate auditorium.
  • Premium theatre tickets include the best available seats plus a free limited edition Ordnance Survey celebrity map selected by the speaker as their favourite area of the UK (excludes Sir Robin Knox-Johnston).
  • Standard tickets include admission to the booked theatre session only.
